Universal longitudinal and latitudinal support system for all planar finished concrete parts
For WASA SHUTTERING, composite wood boards made from European spruce veneer are coated with polyurethane in Shore A65. The edges of the wood supports are also coated with the flexible polyurethane, thereby sealing the whole area facing the table for casting the finished concrete parts. In order to produce clean, smooth edges on all sides of the artificial stone, WASA SHUTTERING is supplied with a standard chamfered edge. As the highly wear-resistant polyurethane coating on the concrete face and edge side reduces wood swelling in the used veneer layers, there is no need for complex silicone work to seal the formwork and form the chamfered edge.
In the long term, WASA SHUTTERING saves material resources and time for setting up the formwork.
